Minutes of the Meeting- 27th June 2013

• Proceedings:
1. The meeting started with the nomination of the leaders.
2. Five candidates were short-listed and the secret –ballot was conducted to find out, who got the position of the President, Secretary, Vice President, Treasurer and the five Managing Directors.
3. There was a tie between Sonuja Nandinee Barik and Satyasri Kar for the position of the ‘President’. And a verbal battle was held between them. They had to give a speech on social service and Interact club and its motive. At last Satyasri Kar got the win with seventeen votes.
4. And the other leaders were selected as follows:
• Sonuja Nandinee Barik- Secretary
• Ashna Naaz- Vice President
• Poornima Sahoo-Treasurer
