Minutes of the Meeting- 1st August 2013
• Day: Thursday
• Date: 1st August, 2013
• Time: 3:15 – 4:00
• Venue: Activity Hall
• Chaired by: ‘President’ of the Club, Satyasri Kar.
• Proceedings:
1. The meeting started with the ‘President’ of the club calling one minute silence for world peace.
2. Then the Interact members, President, Secretary, Vice President, Treasurer and the five Managing Directors discussed about the stalls that were to be put up on 15th August.
3. As per the discussion, the ¬IX cl[~Censored Word~] students were given the duty of the ice-cream stall, X-B of the snacks stall and X-A was to handle soft drinks.
4. According to the plan the stalls were put up on 15th August.
5. The soft drinks stall made a profit of Rs. 1700.
