Minutes of the Meeting- 29th August 2013
• Day: Thursday
• Date: 29th August, 2013
• Time: 3:15 – 4:00
• Venue: Activity Hall
• Chaired by: ‘President’ of the Club, Satyasri Kar.
• Proceedings:
1. The meeting started with the ‘President’ of the club calling one minute silence for world peace.
2. In the meeting, the different events that the Interact members would organize in the upcoming days were discussed.
3. And various events were:
• To put up a film show for students of the school. ( to be initiated by the President of the club)
• Furthermore, it was suggested to make dustbins (sponsored by the Interact Club) for the school to accomplish a clean and green atmosphere .( to be initiated by the Director of school service-Varsha Priyadarshini Kar)
• For the Interact Club, it was decided to make banners. (to be initiated the director of Fund Raising -Shreyak Patnaik)
• Next , is to organize a program for the Teacher’s Day Celebration.(In charge-Secretary)
• Collection of toys, children magazines and usable story books on 1st October, 2013 for Children’s Day, in the school.
• To distribute old clothes, blankets, and scarf among the old people on Grand Parents Day.( to be initiated the director of Community service-Neha Besra)
• An account has to be opened in federal bank of Interact Club.(In charge -Poornima Sahoo, Treasurer)
4. On 5th September, Interact members performed on the song ‘Medicine’, on the theme ‘Student- Teacher’.
